Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers subscription fees and platform charges paid to Connector ("the Service"). Money exchanged directly between marketplace parties for their own trades is governed by those parties and their chosen payment provider — it is not held or refunded by the Service.

2. Subscription billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not prorated.

3. Statutory withdrawal rights

Consumers in some jurisdictions (for example, the EU and UK) may have a statutory cooling-off or right-of-withdrawal period for certain purchases. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.

4. Immediate-access waiver

If a consumer requests immediate access to a digital service during any applicable withdrawal period, they may be asked to acknowledge that doing so can reduce or waive the right to withdraw once the service has begun.

5. Add-on and one-time charges

Optional add-ons and one-time charges follow the same rules as subscription fees: billed in advance and non-refundable once the corresponding feature or service period has been made available, except where required by law.

6. How to request a refund or cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings. For refund requests, contact us through the support channels listed on the platform with your account details and the charge in question.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may lead to suspension of the account pending review.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and via the platform with reasonable notice.
